What you will be doing in this role
Reporting into our People & Culture Director, this is a critical P&C leadership and business partnering role, where you truly will make a difference.
You will utilise your senior HR generalist expertise to provide leadership for a portfolio of specialist people service areas including Employee Relations, Engagement & Retention, Reward & Recognition, People Policy & Projects, and People Systems. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving our People initiatives as part of our P&C Strategy and managing a small team of two.
Who we are looking for
- You’ll be a highly experienced senior generalist HR leader, who has worked in complex mid to large sized organisations within healthcare or human services
- You’ll have excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations that affect our industry
- You’ll have a passion for people related technology and a proven background in leading continuous improvements to enhance the employee experience
- You’ll have advanced consulting, negotiation & influencing skills, with proven experience coaching business leaders, as well as experience in industrial matters, mediations, and EA negotiations
- You’ll be tertiary qualified in Employee Relations, HR Management, or another relevant field
- You’ll be critically minded, with a demonstrated passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement
