What you will be doing in this role
At the San we’re passionate about creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors, and we’re looking for friendly, reliable Security Officers to join us in making that happen.
This role involves overseeing security systems across the hospital, conducting sitewide patrols, and responding to emergencies as they occur.
We have casual positions available in our team. You’ll need to be available for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. If you’re someone who takes pride in protecting others and enjoy working in a positive, supportive environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Who we’re looking for
- You’ll have previous experience in a security role and hold a current Security License (Minimum 1A)
- You’ll have a NSW Driver’s License
- You’ll have a positive attitude and a calm, collected approach to challenges
- You’ll have great communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- You’ll have strong observational skills, the ability to stay alert and take quick action when needed
- You’ll be comfortable with physical activity, including walking and standing for long periods.

What to expect
