A RICH HERITAGE AND PIONEERING WORK
Promoting a healthy lifestyle has been a priority of Adventist HealthCare’s Sydney Adventist Hospital since the hospital first opened in 1903 as a Sanitarium—a place where people learned to stay well. ELIA Wellness, is a division of Adventist Healthcare and was formed to champion the cause of lifestyle medicine in research, policy and practice - the first of its kind in Australia in 2023.

Here at ELIA Wellness, we believe that we are designed to thrive and the greatest gift we can give someone is to engage them in an active process of becoming aware and making positive choices that can help them fulfil their potential and have an abundant life.
