About the role:
The New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN) role offers a supportive and rewarding start to your nursing career as you transition from student to confident healthcare professional. Our 12-month Graduate Nurse Program is designed to nurture your growth in an acute care environment, providing opportunities to develop your clinical skills across specialised areas while being guided by experienced and compassionate mentors. We foster a culture where learning is encouraged, questions are welcomed, and every graduate feels valued and supported throughout their journey.
In this role, you will provide safe, evidence-based and person-centred care that recognises the physical, emotional and holistic needs of each patient. You will be encouraged to continually develop your knowledge and clinical practice while contributing to a culture of quality improvement and excellence in care. With a strong focus on compassion, collaboration and professional growth, you will play an important role in supporting positive patient experiences and outcomes.

To be successful:
- Eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), including meeting English language requirements.
- Australian Citizenship or valid working rights that permit full-time employment in Australia without regional restrictions.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 32 hours per week across a rotating roster.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
- Current clinical knowledge, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Completion of a Bachelor of Nursing within 12 months of the program commencement date.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while upholding professional, ethical and legal standards in healthcare practice.

What to expect
