What you will be doing in this role
In this crucial full time Executive Assistant role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our CEO and contribute directly to the success of our organisation as part of our wider collaborative executive support team.
This is a dynamic role operating in a fast-moving environment, requiring exceptional organisation, responsiveness, discretion and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accuracy.
The role incorporates a broad range of Executive Assistant responsibilities, including:
- Complex calendar management and scheduling.
- Answering and screening calls and welcoming visitors to the CEO office.
- Email and correspondence management.
- Coordinating Board and Executive Leadership meetings.
- Preparing agendas, papers and minutes for meetings.
- Preparing presentations, reports and briefing documents for the CEO.
- Coordinating internal and external events.
You will also provide day-to-day supervision and support to the Executive Support Officer (ESO), who assists the CEO office and wider Executive team.
Who we are looking for
To be considered for this position, you will be an accomplished, approachable and highly capable Executive Assistant with proven experience supporting C-Suite or senior executive leaders within a complex and fast-paced environment.
You will thrive in a role that requires agility, sound judgement and the ability to remain calm and organised while managing shifting priorities and tight timeframes. You will be proactive, solutions-focused and confident working with a high degree of autonomy.
Along with your bright, positive and collegial approach, you will bring:
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative excellence.
- A high level of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating executive and Board-level meetings.
- Australian full & unrestricted work rights, as unfortunately visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
Ideally, you will also have experience using meeting management software such as Convene or similar.

Salary Guide
$115-$130K (includes base salary, superannuation & our NFP salary packaging tax benefit)
