What you will be doing in this role
As a Scrub/Scout Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in some of the most complex and innovative surgical procedures, combining exceptional clinical expertise with a genuine commitment to patient care. Working alongside highly skilled surgeons, anaesthetists, and multidisciplinary teams, you'll be at the heart of every procedure, ensuring seamless theatre operations while delivering outstanding patient outcomes.
This unique opportunity offers exposure to cutting-edge specialties including Interventional Neuroradiology (INR), Hybrid Theatres, Neuro and Spinal Surgery, and Orthopaedic Surgery. Who we’re looking for
You are a dedicated and patient-focused Registered Nurse who thrives in theatre environments and values teamwork and excellence in care.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Scrub Scout RN (neuro, ortho, or complex surgical experience highly regarded)
- A strong commitment to patient safety and quality care
- The ability to remain calm, focused, and adaptable in high-acuity settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Current Australian AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Flexibility to work a mix of morning and evening shifts (no night shifts required)
- Full Australian work rights (we do not offer sponsorship)
