What you will be doing in this role
As a Scrub/Scout Registered Nurse, you will bring both clinical expertise and compassion to a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You’ll work alongside skilled multidisciplinary teams to ensure each procedure runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, safety, and dignity.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across Interventional Neuroradiology (INR), Hybrid Theatres, Neuro/Spinal Surgery, and Orthopaedic Surgery, supporting complex and life-changing procedures.
Who we’re looking for
You are a dedicated and patient-focused Registered Nurse who thrives in theatre environments and values teamwork and excellence in care.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Scrub Scout RN (neuro, ortho, or complex surgical experience highly regarded)
- A strong commitment to patient safety and quality care
- The ability to remain calm, focused, and adaptable in high-acuity settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Flexibility to work a mix of morning and evening shifts (no night shifts required)
- Full Australian work rights (we do not offer sponsorship)
