What you will be doing in this role 

We are seeking a highly capable Office Administrator to provide comprehensive operational, financial, and systems support within our growing San Education function. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing customer service, digital systems management, and business administration while contributing to our mission-driven healthcare organisation. 

Reporting to the Education Manager, this position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across San Education. You will manage shared communications, coordinate training logistics, process financial transactions, support onboarding programs, and optimise workflows using Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone confident in automation, reporting, and system optimisation to contribute to our positive team and help drive efficiency and continuous improvement. 

 

Who we’re looking for 

We’re seeking a highly motivated, organised, and tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. To be successful in this role, you should have: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in professional administration or office coordination, with the ability to manage a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You’ll be tech-savvy and confident in automation, reporting, and system optimisation. 
  • Experienced in Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Automate, to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • Experience working with ERP/finance systems and digital enrolment platforms. 
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities, ensuring smooth operations and timely task completion. 
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work in all tasks and a professional, positive attitude. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, ensuring clear, effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
