What you will be doing in this role 

Reporting to our Business Development Manager you’ll play an important role in strengthening relationships with clinicians, GPs and key stakeholders. 

You will coordinate Clinical Engagement diaries and provide support to the Business Development Manager for GP site and regional visits, while also assisting with the planning and delivery of business development activities and events for GPs and AMOs.  

In addition, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the department, including invoicing, reconciliation, sessional room scheduling and general office duties. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the CRM to ensure accurate engagement tracking and reporting. 

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive, organised and energetic professional to further their career in the healthcare sector while working as part of a supportive and collaborative Marketing and Communications team.

Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal, but what would truly set you apart is your ability to build strong relationships, coordinate engagement activities, and contribute to the success of key strategic initiatives across the organisation. 

  • You will thrive in this role if you are energetic, organised and confident working in a fast-paced environment.  

  • You enjoy coordinating multiple tasks, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to a positive team culture.  

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines will be essential. 

  • Confident with Microsoft Office, Teams and databases 

  • Driver’s licence essential 

  • Healthcare admin and/or CRM experience desirable
