What you will be doing in this role
We are committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and patient-centred care across all our services. Working with Associate Professor Bernie Harrison, Director of Governance and Risk we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality and Safety Partner to help drive forward our quality improvement agenda.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of leading real change, working side-by-side with clinical and operational teams to elevate patient safety, care quality, and overall experience. You’ll provide hands-on, proactive support across a range of critical areas, including incident management, risk, complaints, and quality improvement.
By establishing strong partnerships, you’ll promote visibility, accountability, and governance ensuring teams are equipped to learn from incidents, implement impactful improvements, and stay aligned with the latest regulatory standards and frameworks.
