What you will be doing in this role

We are committed to ensuring a healthier tomorrow through our Future Ready Program (FRP). Our goal is to deliver significant improvements in profitability and operational efficiency across various priority areas.

Our collaborative team thrives in a dynamic environment, where we support one another and drive initiatives that address the evolving needs of the business. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the delivery of our Future Ready Program by driving your own smaller workstreams as well as supporting Project Managers across multiple key projects to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives aimed at improving revenue, reducing costs, and enhancing operational excellence.

Specifically, you'll develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring all activities align with organisational objectives and are delivered within scope, time, and budget. You'll identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. You'll monitor project progress against established milestones, preparing detailed reports for stakeholders. Post-implementation, you'll evaluate project outcomes, gather feedback, and apply lessons learned to inform future initiatives.

Who we’re looking for

To hit the ground running in this role, demonstrated experience in a project coordination, administration or business analysis role within a healthcare setting is highly desirable. In addition:

  • You'll excel in organising and prioritising tasks, ensuring efficient project delivery within set timelines.

  • You'll communicate clearly and professionally, tailoring your approach to diverse stakeholders.

  • You'll demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all project documentation and outputs.

  • You'll adapt effectively to changing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

  • You'll apply critical thinking to analyse information and develop innovative solutions.

  • You’ll have a Tertiary qualification in health, project management, or a related field (desirable)

  • You’ll have full Australian working rights (essential).

To help stand out from the crowd, please include a covering letter answering these two questions:

Q1: Can you describe a project you worked on in a healthcare setting? What were the key challenges, and what was your role in addressing them? (150 words max)

Q2: Can you provide an example of when you had to analyse complex data to make a recommendation? What tools did you use and what was the outcome of your analysis? (150 words max)
