What you will be doing in this role
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, where you'll play an important role in managing patient billing, processing payments and insurance claims, and ensuring that all financial records are kept accurate and up to date. And don’t worry if you haven’t done this before - our welcoming team will ensure you have detailed onboarding and orientation to ensure you are well supported in the role.
We're looking for a friendly and confident individual to provide excellent customer service to our patients, both over the phone and via email. You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with Medicare.

- You’ll have the ability to provide high quality customer service and be an exceptional communicator both verbally and via email.

- You’ll have full Australian working rights and the ability to work a full time Mon-Fri role.

What to expect
