What you’ll be doing in this role

We have a full-time position for a Business Analyst within the Project Management Office team, your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Supporting the identification and development of performance reporting measures and insights to our staff to enable them to implement change across the organisation
  • Undertaking research and preparing reports and documents to assist project teams and management
  • Development in the identification and attraction of new markets and customers from information provided
  • Working with internal stakeholders to identify, document and develop reporting measures that support operational and clinical performance improvement


Who we’re looking for

  • A strong ability to develop databases with connections to multiple systems or sources
  • Knowledge and skills in creating performance dashboards and reports in data visualisation tools
  • Proven experience as a Business Improvement Analyst working on complex programs driven by strategic business objectives in private hospital operations
  • The ability to influence and engage with a stakeholders at all levels of the business as well as the ability to deliver results
  • Be commercially minded and a critical thinker with a curious mindset to challenge the status quo, working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
