What you will be doing in this role
This role is critical in the day-to-day administration of our maintenance front office and providing support to the Maintenance Administration Manager. We have a small team and there’s always lots happening, so you’ll be kept busy assisting all visitors to the department including trade staff, contractors and consultants, while responding to phone calls and emails. You’ll also perform key administrative duties such as coding and processing invoices, assisting in the allocation of work requests, processing purchase orders and data entry.
In this role, you’ll actively contribute to a culture of comradery and teamwork whilst participating as a member of a multidisciplinary team to ultimately provide our patients with specialised and dedicated care.
Who we’re looking for
You will have strong administrative skills, ideally gained in a similar maintenance or facilities environment, coupled with proven ability to multitask and provide great customer service. In return our small but dedicated team will provide support and on-the-job training for the successful applicant.
- You’ll be a people person with a positive and customer focussed attitude who loves to make connections with everyone who comes through the door.
- You’ll have previous experience in a role requiring exceptional attention to detail in data entry.
- You’ll be a process driven person who can pick up new systems easily.
- You’ll be a keen multitasker, can use your initiative and be flexible and open to change.
- You’ll thrive in a busy and varied environment where you can switch from one task to another with professionalism and ease.
