What you will be doing in this role
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this role will work independently as a Cashier, accurately balancing and reconciling the cash on hand, for 5 hours each on a Monday and Thursday. You’ll also provide data entry support for AP invoices and statement reconciliations to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and Finance Manager for a flexible additional 5.2 hours per week.
Who we’re looking for
We are seeking applications from our internal people who possess the following skills and attributes:
- You’ll ideally have previous experience in banking, cash handling or general clerical roles.
- You’ll have meticulous attention to detail and pride yourself on accurate data entry.
- You’ll be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
- You’ll have excellent organisational skills and enjoy working autonomously.
- You’ll be dependable, committed, and able to work 5 hours each Monday and Thursday plus an additional 5.2 hours during the week.
What to expect
Successful candidates will be required to complete a range of pre-employment checks and assessments. These vary and could include professional references, functional questionnaire, a national police check, working with children check, vaccination evidence, among others.
