What you will be doing in this role
In this crucial Executive Assistant role, you will provide comprehensive administration support to our CEO and contribute directly to the success of our organisation as part of our wider collaborative executive support team.
This role incorporates a range of EA support duties for the CEO that you would expect to see in a role like this including:
- Calendar management and scheduling.
- Answering and screening calls and greeting visitors to the CEO office.
- Email and correspondence management.
- Coordinating board and executive leadership meetings.
- Preparation of agendas, papers, and minutes for meetings.
- Presentation and report preparation for the CEO and
- Coordination of events.
You will also have supervisory responsibility for the Executive Support Officer (ESO) that also supports the CEO office and the wider Executive team.
Who we are looking for
To be considered for this position you will be an accomplished, approachable and engaging Executive Assistant with proven C-Suite experience.
To complement your bright, positive and collegial way of getting things done, you’ll also bring the essential qualities of sound judgement, discretion, confidentiality, flexibility, and administrative excellence. Ideally you will also be familiar with meeting management software applications like Convene or similar.
