What you will be doing in this role

You’ll play a key role in improving patient outcomes by assessing their conditions, setting personalised treatment goals, and delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to help achieve those goals. Reporting directly to the Allied Health & Outpatient Services Manager, you'll make a real impact on patient care while collaborating with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Therapy Assistants.

You’ll manage a diverse caseload across both acute care and rehabilitation wards, as well as outpatient programs, providing you with the opportunity to develop your skills across a wide range of settings and patient needs.

This is a full-time role on a rotational roster – no nights and the occasional weekend.

 

Who we’re looking for:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist is required.
  • New Graduates are welcome to apply, though experience in an acute care setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong empathy and a high level of emotional intelligence are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with proven experience engaging with patients, families, and team members are a must.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, with no night shifts and occasional weekend work.
  • Full working rights in Australia are required.
