What you will be doing in this role 

As a key part of our Accreditation Quinquennium process, you will provide vital support to our team, contributing 12 hours per week. This role can be carried out either remotely or from the office, depending on your preference. 

Supporting the Health Practitioner Accreditation Coordinator, you will review returned applications through the Cgov Credentialing Platform, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete. This includes checking application forms, verifying correct documents, requesting references, and following up on their return. You’ll liaise with applicants to request additional documentation as needed, and ensure all required materials are provided for review and progress applications through the appropriate delegation for final checks. 

 

Who we’re looking for 

  • You’ll have familiarity with the Cgov Credentialing Platform. 
  • Strong communication skills, both clinical and interpersonal, with the ability to effectively communicate through written, verbal, and digital means. 
  • Experience liaising with health practitioners across various fields to gather additional information and provide clear and concise clarification. 
  • An understanding of the hospital quinquennium process, including meeting deadlines and ensuring all documentation is correctly submitted. 
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident currently residing in Australia.
