What you’ll be doing in this role
The Staff Allocation Assistant is a key member of our Flow Office, working closely with the Bed Manager, Nursing Unit Managers, Team Leaders and Directors to ensure that nursing services are staffed with the right personnel, possessing the appropriate skills, at the optimal times. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our healthcare delivery.
The role includes general administrative duties such as updating rosters, addressing general inquiries, and monitoring communications to take necessary actions promptly. Additionally, the role entails managing and coordinating agency bookings, ensuring that staffing needs are met without compromising quality or compliance.
This is a key role, central to the seamless operation of our nursing services, ensuring that staffing is managed efficiently and that a positive, quality-driven work environment is maintained.
